  • Dries in minutes - cure time 4 to 12 hours at room temperature.
  • No catalyst needed. (May be accelerated by heating to a maximum of 212° F or 100° C using an air circulation oven, up to one hour)

Directions of use:

Spray an even coat with a minimum application of .048 grams per square centimeter. Application measurements can be achieved by first weighing the can, then spraying an even coat, then reweighing the can. Knowing the dimensions of your board, one can calculate as to whether your application is within certified limits. Allow 24 hours for a full cure dry and 30 to 60 minutes for touch dry.

Thermally Conductive Epoxy Encapsulating & Potting Compound
832-TC

Provides insulation and protects sensitive components and circuits

100% solids. Formulated with undiluted Bis F resin for superior physical properties, and pigmented with high purity aluminum oxide pigment to provide excellent thermal conductivity at reasonable cost. Pigmented black for excellent thermal absorption and emission.

  • Provides superior protection from impact, shock, con-ductivity, moisture, abuse, chemicals, and analysis
  • Two part epoxy, with a 1 to 1 mixing ratio by volume.
  • Two hour working time
  • Suitable for large production runs
  • Cures in 2 days at room temperature or one hour at 65°C.
