1. We value the confidentiality of the information that our customers share with us.  We do not share or sell our customer database or any mailing lists that we may compile from our customer files. 

2. While we usually ask customers for name and address, this is only to ensure that should you require a copy of an invoice or warranty work, we area able to provide a proof of purchase to you.

3. Only customers who sign up for our Monthly Electronic Newsletter will receive any direct emails from SMI.
